Hola!
The Link School’s third day in Mexico 2026 is over…
We started off the day like every other day – waking up at 7:00 AM, being ready at 7:30 for breakfast, spiritual prep at 8:00, and Spanish classes starting at 8:30. We had Quesadilla Muné for lunch.

Now here comes the fun part – THE SCAVENGER HUNT. Everyone was split into 4 groups. I was in a group with Bailey, Linou, and Leon. We all switched roles between talking to people, navigating, and completing the tasks. Every group had a list of clues written in Spanish, and we had to figure out what each clue was prompting us to do. Some of the clues were written in a code that made us use the Spanish dictionary.

Once we translated the clues and cracked the code, we either had to look for a place, or ask locals some questions. We went to various locations including cafes, historical sites, stores, etc. One question we had to ask locals was, “What is the Todos Santos baseball team mascot?” My team and I asked almost 15 people! None of locals knew there was a baseball team, but on the millionth person we got a correct answer. It was so much fun talking to all the different people and improving my Spanish by having real conversations. One of our questions was about an ice cream parlor, so obviously we bought ice cream (but don’t tell James).

Buenas noches familia y amigos!
