I grew up in central Florida and attended Florida State University where I studied Math, Philosophy and History. The day after I graduated, I left for Colorado where I worked for Vail Resorts, ran two small businesses and skied and climbed as much as possible. In 2007, my wife, Jessie, and I moved to Buena Vista to work for Adventure Unlimited. I love working with students and have worked 4 years as a National Leadership Council leader. I have a Masters degree in Experiential Education from Minnesota State University and the University of Colorado.
I am a certified guide through the American Mountain Guides Association and am working to increase my certification level and experience through a series of courses and exams.
Jessie and I have 2 boys, Casius and Heath, and are very grateful for their incredible spirit.
